Chris hails from a 10-year of professional experience in BPO, having started his career journey with OBP as a Help Officer. Chris has managed various industry verticals from technical to customer care campaigns up to financial accounts. OBP’s new Account Manager brings with him a working background that extends to research and development for a business competitive intelligence that caters to multinational Fintech companies, making him an IT company-certified network, software, and hardware expert.
When you do not hear his laptop keys clacking, you will most likely find him streaming Netflix, munching on a bag of crisps. Aside from being a travel enthusiast who loves to go on trips to beaches, he is also a technophile console gamer who considers himself a Marvel geek.
Chris will be responsible for navigating and coordinating customer concerns with sales and support teams, maintaining customer confidence, and achieving resolutions that will satisfy our client’s objectives. OBP is delighted to witness Chris’s continuous growth with the business, especially as he takes on the Account Manager role.
